  • Shrimp & Lobster Linguine

    Ingredients

    • 3 tbsp. butter
    • 2 tbsp. minced garlic
    • 2/3 cup dry white wine
    • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
    • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    • 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    • 2 lbs. large fresh shrimp. peeled and deveined (tails left on)
    • 2 (10 oz.) lobster tails, cooked and chopped
    • 1 (1 lb.) box linguine, cooked

    Directions

    1. In a large dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat. add garlic; cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add wine and lemon juice; cook for 4 minutes. Add cream, salt, pepper, and red pepper; cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add shrimp; cook for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp are pink and firm. Add lobster. Cook for about 1 minute.
    2. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
