Ingredients
1 lb Cooked Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 lb Crab Meat
1 c. Low-calorie Italian Dressing
1/4 c. Green Pepper, minced
1/4 c. shredded Carrot
2 Tbsp. minced Green Onion
2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, finely minced
2 Tbsp. Sweet Pickles, minced
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in an airtight container; cover and refrigerateseveral hrs. Spoon salad onto lettuce leaves using a slotted spoon.
