    Any lamb cut, usually leg of lamb Grill marks are required Medium rare, do not overcook. Serve with mesta, jalala and rice Salt when on plate Red wine Use this with chicken or pork. Skewers are not necessary right on grill is good, do not overcook lamb.

    Ingredients

    • Any lamb cut usually leg of lamb
    • Place in bowl
    • Olive oil, small amount of vinegar
    • Onions
    • Cumin
    • Salt and pepper
    • Refrigerate overnight mixing or turning

    Directions

    1. Trim and cut in 2 inch cubes or pieces
    2. Place in bowl
    3. Add olive oil, small amount of vinegar
    4. Onions
    5. Cumin
    6. Salt and pepper
    7. Refrigerate overnight mixing or turning
    8. Please lamb on skewers
    9. Place any veggies on their own skewers
    10. Grill
    11. Grill marks are required
    12. Medium rare, do not overcook.
    13. Serve with mesta, jalala and rice
    14. Salt when on plate
    15. Red wine
    16. Use this with chicken or pork.
