Sherrie's Clam Dip
My favorite clam dip. Ingredients
- 2 8oz packages cream cheese @ room temperature
- 3 Tb minced onions
- 1 6oz can minced clams w/juice
- 1 6oz chopped clams, reserve juice
- 2 ts Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. If the dip is to thick, blend in some of the reserved clam juice until desired consistency is reached.
