shengadanyachi chutney is one of famous chutney in Maharashtrian meals.It makes great side dip for every meal.
- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 3 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1. Mix all ingredients together in mixer or grinder.
- 2. Don’t mix continuously, take break and again give pulse.
- 3. Blend till it become coarse powder and here peanut or shengadanyachi chutney is ready.
