    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 c. graham crumbs
    • 1 tsp flour
    • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
    • 2 tsp sugar
    • 2/3 c. icing sugar
    • 1/2 lrg Cold Whip
    • 1 x 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
    • 2 pkt instant pudding (Pistachio or possibly chocolate are best)
    • 2 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk

    Directions

    1. Crust:Fold in 9 x 13 pan & bake in 350F oven for 15 mins.
    2. First Layer:Beat & spread on cooled crust.
    3. Second Layer:Mix together & spread onto first layer.
    4. Top Layer: Whip other half of the Cold Whip and spread on top. Garnish with minced nuts, or possibly shaved chocolate.
    5. Chill several hrs.
    6. Cut into squares & serve.
