Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Fresh Sea Scallops
  • one tablespoon Old Bay Seafood Seasoning, sprinkle over Scallops
  • 2 tablespoons sweet cream butter
  • one 10 ounce can tomato sauce
  • several pinches saffron (use sparingly)
  • Fresh Basil Leaves

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan add tomato sauce, basil leaves, saffron on low heat
  2. Add butter to a skillet on medium high heat once melted add seasoned Sea Scallops, sear 2-3 minutes per side
  3. Plate and add tomato saffron sauce
  4. Delicious!
