  • Seafood Broccoli Quiche

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 c. your choice seafood (shrimp, crab flakes)
    • 2 c. bite size broccoli buds, steamed 3 minutes.
    • 3 Large eggs, beaten
    • 1 c. cream
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
    • 1 1/2 tbsp. butter
    • Baked pie crust

    Directions

    1. 1 tbsp. brown mustard to 4 tbsp. honey
    2. Brush bottom of pie crust with brown mustard and honey mix. Spread seafood and broccoli proportionately on crust.
    3. To beaten Large eggs add in cream, lemon juice, cheese, salt and pepper and mix well. Pour over seafood and broccoli. Sprinkle with parsley. Dot with butter.
    4. Cook in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 30 min or possibly till knife into center comes out clean. Cold 10 min before serving. Serve with lemon wedges and honey mustard sauce.
