Sea Chowder
Ingredients
- 1 can clam chowder
- 1 can tuna, flaked
- 1 can crabmeat
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 can peas & carrots
- Pepper to taste
- Minced parsley
Directions
- Combine ingredients in large saucepan. Heat but don't boil. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
