Scrambled Eggs

Soft scrambled eggs served to perfection. This may appear to be a silly recipe, but I have received so many compliments. The trick is found in three things; low heat, stirring, and patience.

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • Pinch of Salt

Directions

  1. Break eggs into a bowl
  2. Whip eggs for 1 minute
  3. Pour onto low heat non-stick skillet
  4. Constantly stir and then constantly stir
  5. Take off heat while a little creamy
  6. Serve immediately
