Scalloped Potatoes & Ham
Ingredients
- 6 to 7 med. size potatoes
- 1 c. cubed ham
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Lowfat milk
- Cheese slices
Directions
- Peel and slice potatoes (round and medium thin slices). Alternately layer ham and potatoes in 13 x 9 baking dish. Mix soup and 1 can of lowfat milk. Pour over potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and place cheese on top. Return to oven till cheese melts. Serves 6 to 8.
