Scalloped Potatoes And Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn spinach
  • 8 slices bacon, fried
  • Shredded Swiss cheese (about 8 ounce.)
  • 1 box instant scalloped potatoes
  • 1 med. onion, minced

Directions

  1. Mix scalloped potatoes as directed on package. Saute/fry onions in 2 Tbsp. of bacon grease. Add in the spinach and heat through. Crumble and add in the bacon. Mix with the potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated cheese to cover. Return to oven and bake till cheese is melted.
