Ingredients

  • 1 (20 ounce.) pkg. frzn mixed vegetables, cooked 3-4 minutes.
  • 1 c. minced onions
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • Mix together for crust:
  • 1 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp. butter

Directions

  1. Mix vegetables, mayonnaise and cheese together. Put in large casserole. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
