Sausage Cream Cheese Ball
- 2 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 (16 ounce) tube Jimmy Dean sage sausage
- 1 bunch green onions
- Scramble fry sausage till no redness remains to meat. Drain. Add in to softened cream cheese. Add in sliced green onions to taste. Mix all three ingredients well. Form into ball. Refrigerate. Serve with your favorite crackers.
