    Ingredients

    • 1 1 / 2 liter of milk
    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 6 tablespoons cornstarch
    • Salt and cinnamon to taste
    • 5 plantains cooked and sliced
    • 5 sausage sliced thin and fried
    • (1Kg)
    • 150 g curd cheese grated coarse

    Directions

    1. 1 - In a pan place 1 1 / 2 liter of milk, 2 tablespoons
    2. butter, 6 tablespoons of cornstarch, salt and cinnamon
    3. powder to taste and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and
    4. fluffy (+ / - 10 minutes).
    5. 2 - a refractory rectangular (30 cm x 20 cm) coated with
    6. butter, place a layer of white cream (made up), a
    7. layer of cooked plantain and cut into slices and a
    8. Layer sausage and cut into thin slices
    9. fries. Make layers of white cream, banana and pepperoni until
    10. finish the ingredients, being the last layer of cream
    11. white. Cover with 150 g of grated cheese curd and bring to a thick
    12. preheated oven at 180 degrees for + / - 20 minutes. Remove
    13. the oven and serve immediately accompanied with rice.
