Sausage And Egg Brunch Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 Large eggs, beaten
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 4 slices bread
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 pound link breakfast sausage (can use frzn brown and serve)
Directions
- Brown sausage; drain off fat. Mix together Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt, and mustard. Break up bread, cheese, and sausage. Pour liquid over in buttered 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish and chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Great for overnight company. A delicious all-in-one, do it ahead breakfast or possibly addition to a brunch.
