Sausage And Cheese Brunch Tarts
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bulk sausage
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 2 - 3 tbsp. boiling water
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. green onion
- 1/2 c. colby or possibly cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Grease muffin tins. Mix Bisquick, butter and boiling water till all ingredients are moistened. Spread proportionately in muffin tins, bottom and sides. Fry sausage and drain well. Divide proportionately among prepared crusts. Mix lowfat milk, egg and thinly sliced green onion. Divide mix among the tins. Sprinkle each with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Yield: 12 tarts.
