Sausage and cheese balls

This make a great breakfast side or a snack for a party. I do not even like sausage or "sharp" cheddar that much, but this combination tastes great.

  • 1 roll sausage
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese


  1. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix very well - may take a few minutes and is messy.
  3. Roll into balls and place on greased baking sheet.
  4. Cook on 350 degrees in center of oven for about 10 mins - or little longer if you decide to make them a little larger.
  5. Serve.
