Sauerkraut And Sausage
Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce.) can sauerkraut
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 8 ounce. water
- 1 pound smoked beef sausage or possibly Polish kielbasa
Directions
- Place sauerkraut, onion, caraway seeds, sugar and water in 8"x8" square cake pan. Slice sausage into 3" diagonal pcs. Make 1" slits on top of sausage. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
