    Ingredients

    • 1 bn Sarson greens
    • 1 bn Spinach
    • 1 x Onion grated
    • 1/2 tsp Ginger & garlic grated
    • 3 x Green chillies
    • 1 Tbsp. Grated cheese or possibly paneer, (optional)
    • 1/2 x Lemon juice
    •     Salt to taste
    • 2 Tbsp. Ghee
    • 1 Tbsp. Oil
    • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
    • 1 Tbsp. Maize flour

    Directions

    1. Chop both greens, wash, drain.
    2. Heat oil in the pressure cooker direct.
    3. Add in both greens, green chillies, stir.
    4. Add in ginger, garlic, stir.
    5. Add in few pinches salt, 1 c. water.
    6. Pressure cook until done. (2 whistles).
    7. Mash well.
    8. Heat ghee in a pan, add in onion, saute/fry until brown,
    9. Add in all remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    10. Stir well and cook until oil separates.
    11. Garnish with cheese.
    12. Serve warm with makki ki roti, or possibly paratha.
    13. Making time: 25 min (excluding pressure cooking time)
    14. Makes: 3-4 servings
