  • Samosa Filling Spicy Meat

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb Chopped meat (beef, goat or possibly chicken)
    • 1 med Onion, minced fine
    • 1 x Tomato, minced
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 1 tsp Red chillies, minced
    • 1 tsp Coriander seeds, roasted, grnd
    • 1 tsp Cumin seeds, roasted, grnd
    • 2 Tbsp. Garlic
    • 2 Tbsp. Ginger, fresh, grated
    • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
    • 1 Tbsp. Oil

    Directions

    1. Cook the meat in a skillet with a little vegetable oil. Grind the meat in a meat grinder or possibly food processor till it is in small chunks, about 1/8 inch in diameter. Don't over grind.
    2. Into a warm cast iron frying pan, put the cumin and coriander seeds. Toss for about 30 seconds and remove seeds.
    3. Add in all the ingredients into the chopped meat. Cook it with 1/2 c. of water till all the water is completely taken up.
    4. Let stuffing cold.
