Salsa Cream Cheese Chicken
This is a great set and forget recipe! I like to cook and shred my chicken the night before to save time. Ingredients
- 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
- 1 jar Pace Picante salsa
- 1 block 1/3 fat free cream cheese
- 1 small carton light sour cream
- 1 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
- 1 can mexicorn
- 1 1 /4 cup brown rice
- 1/2 cup of mexican shredded cheese
Directions
- Combine and mix all ingredience and cook on high for 3 hours.
