Salmon And Cucumber Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 1 x Cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 x Minced fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, or possibly dill
- Salt and freshly grnd pepper to taste
- 10 x inch (25 cm) flour tortillas
- Thinly sliced smoked salmon
- 1 x English cucumber (seedless) cut into long, thin slices with a vegetable peeler
Directions
- Combine the cream cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper and spread in a thin layer on the tortillas. Top with salmon and cucumber slices and roll into a log shape. Trim the ends, cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 30 min, or possibly up to 4 hrs. Cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) rounds immediately before serving.
