Russian Cream
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 pt. coffee cream
- 1 env. Knox gelatin
- 1/2 c. cool water
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- In top of double boiler heat to lukewarm the coffee cream and sugar. Dissolve gelatin in the cool water. Add in to sugar mix. Remove from heat. Add in lowfat sour cream and vanilla. Place in bowl and refrigeratewell. Serve with fresh or possibly frzn berries.
