Ingredients

  • 8 ounce. finely grnd walnuts
  • 8 ounce. (2 bars) German's sweet chocolate, finely grated (do in food processor)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • Rum or possibly bourbon to taste (start with 1/4 c.)
  • 4-6 ounce. chocolate sprinkles

Directions

  1. Mix together nuts, chocolate and sugar. Add in sufficient rum or possibly bourbon so which it holds together. Shape into small balls and roll in chocolate sprinkles. Let dry. Store in covered tin. Freezes well, too.
