Royal Blueberry Ice Pops
Ingredients
- 2 x baskets fresh blueberries - (1/2 pint ea) rinsed, liquid removed
- 1 ct blueberry yogurt - (8 ounce)
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in processor and puree till smooth. Divide mix among 8 ice pop molds (each about 1/4 to 1/3 c. capacity). Cover and freeze till hard, at least 4 hrs and up to 5 days.
- This recipe yields 8.
