Rosemary Raisin Scones
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 c. Unbleached white flour
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh rosemary
- 1 c. Rolled oats Or possibly- whole wheat flour
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Raisins
Directions
- Combine butter, flour, sugar, salt, baking pwdr, and rosemary with fork till butter is well broken up. Add in remaining ingredients and stir only sufficient to combine ingredients completely. Drop spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 F for 12 to 15 min.
