The rosemary in this dish infuses this chicken with an incredibly delicious flavor. It is one of our family favorites and our kids love it too. You won't be disappointed!

    Ingredients

    • 8oz Angel hair pasta
    • 2 tsp olive oil
    • 2.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
    • 3/4 tsp salt
    • 3/8 tsp pepper
    • 1.5 cup green onion chopped finely
    • 1 cup dry white wine
    • 1 Tbsp minced fresh rosemary
    • 1 1/2 c chicken broth
    • 1/3 c whipping cream or 2/3 cup half & half

    Directions

    1. Cook pasta
    2. Heat olive oil over medium-high in a large, non-stick skillet
    3. Add chicken and cook 3-5 minutes on each side until nicely browned
    4. Toss in onions, wine, and rosemary and cook for 1 minute
    5. Stir in broth and cook for 2 minutes or until chicken is done (may take longer for thick breasts)
    6. Add cream, stir, remove from heat and serve over the pasta adding a couple of spoons of extra sauce over each serving.

This has simple but delicious flavors. The rosemary infuses the sauce and the chicken beautifully. If you like the flavor of rosemary with chicken, which is one of my favorites, you will love this! We had it with Moroccan Eggplant -- a nice combination.
