WE MADE THESE PAN CAKES WHEN WE WERE AROUND 4 YEARS OLD AND HAD THEMS FOR YEARS I JUST FOUND THE RECIPE.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup milk 1 ½ tsp veg oil
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour

Directions

  1. IN A BLINDER COMBINE EGGS,MILK,FLOUR SALT,AND OIL AND 1 TSP OF SUGAR. COVER AND REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR,
  2. HEAT SKILLET AT MED HEAT AND BRUSH WITH OIL.POUR ¼ CUP OF BATTER INTO PAN, TILLTING TO COMEPLETELY COATING THE SURFACE OF THE PAN. COOK TILL BROWN AND FLIP AND COOK THE OTHER SIDE.
  3. REPEAT WITH THE REMAINING BATTER. PUT BUTTER ON AND JELLY AND ROLETHEMUP.
