- IN A BLINDER COMBINE EGGS,MILK,FLOUR SALT,AND OIL AND 1 TSP OF SUGAR. COVER AND REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR,
- HEAT SKILLET AT MED HEAT AND BRUSH WITH OIL.POUR ¼ CUP OF BATTER INTO PAN, TILLTING TO COMEPLETELY COATING THE SURFACE OF THE PAN. COOK TILL BROWN AND FLIP AND COOK THE OTHER SIDE.
- REPEAT WITH THE REMAINING BATTER. PUT BUTTER ON AND JELLY AND ROLETHEMUP.
