Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 2 lb brussels sprouts washed, trimmed,
- and large sprouts halved
- 1 x garlic head cleaned
- 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme leaves
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt to taste
- Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put Brussels sprouts, whole garlic cloves, thyme, and extra virgin olive oil together in a bowl. Toss to combine, and season with the salt and pepper, to taste.
- Empty the bowl onto a shallow baking pan and roast till tender and edges just start to brown, about 35 min.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
