Roasted Asparagus with Orange and Cumin
This is a tasty recipe for a warm summer evening! Ingredients
- 2 lbs asparagus
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp thin strips orange peel
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
- Rinse asparagus; trim off stem ends. In a 12 by 17 inch baking pan, mix asparagus with olive oil, orange peel, and cumin. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
- Bake in 450 F oven until aspargus is tender when pierced, 10-12 minutes. Arrange on platter
