Roast New Potatoes With Garlic And Parmesan
Ingredients
- 900 gm small new potatoes
- 12 clv garlic peeled
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 50 gm parmesan cheese finely grated
- coarse sea salt
- rosemary sprigs to garnish
Directions
- Place the potatoes in a large roasting tin with the garlic cloves then toss m the extra virgin olive oil and parmesan cheese.
- Cook on the bottom runners of the roasting oven for 30 to 40 min.
- Season with coarse sea salt and garnish with rosemary sprigs lust before serving.
- As you open the aga door the fragrance of these potatoes will really hit you.
- Serves 6
