Roast Brisket Of Beef
Ingredients
- 1 x 3-Lb. brisket of beef
- 1 env dehydrated onion soup mix
- 1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms, sliced
Directions
- Trim fat from meat. With a fork, pierce meat on both sides. Place meat in an Oven Cooking Bag. Sprinkle onion soup over meat To seal the bag, tie loosely with a strip of plastic or possibly string, leaving a small space for steam to escape. Place bag in a 2 qt baking dish. Microwave at high (100%) for 5 min. Microwave at medium (50%) for 50 min. Turn roast over, add in mushrooms. Microwave at medium (50%) for 25 min. Let stand 15 min.
