Ingredients

  • 2 Whole Texas Red Grapefruit
  • 1 Cup Ripe Mango, Diced
  • 1 Medium Ripe Banana
  • 8 Oz. Container Peach Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Cup Ice, Crushed
  • 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • Garnish:
  • Thin Slices Grapefruit, Quartered

Directions

  1. Juice grapefruit; measure 1 1/3 cups juice. In a blender jar, combine grapefruit juice with mango, banana, yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, ice and vanilla; whirl until smooth.
  2. Sweeten with additional honey, if desired.
