Rigatoni with bacon and asparagus Recipe
This is great when asparagus is in season. My son loves this dish.

- Cook pasta in large pot boiling salted water, uncovered, til al dente
- Boil or steam asparagus till just tender.
- Cook bacon in lg non-stick skillet, stirring, until crisp. Add garlic, cook till fragrant.
- Place drained pasta, asparagus and bacon mixture in a lg bowl with the butter, cheeses and cream. Toss gently, sprinkle w parsley.
