Ingredients

  • 6 slices rye bread (cubed)
  • 8 ounce can sauerkraut, liquid removed
  • 10-11 ounce can corned beef
  • 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
  • 1 sm. onion, cut up in lowfat sour cream
  • 8 ounce grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 ounce grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 stick melted butter

Directions

  1. Pour butter in pan (may want to divide into two casseroles). Add in remaining ingredients in order given. Bake 30 minute at 350 degrees. This makes a 9x13 pan or possibly 2 small ones. If going to freeze, do so before baking.
