Reuben Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 slices rye bread (cubed)
- 8 ounce can sauerkraut, liquid removed
- 10-11 ounce can corned beef
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 1 sm. onion, cut up in lowfat sour cream
- 8 ounce grated Mozzarella cheese
- 8 ounce grated Swiss cheese
- 1 stick melted butter
Directions
- Pour butter in pan (may want to divide into two casseroles). Add in remaining ingredients in order given. Bake 30 minute at 350 degrees. This makes a 9x13 pan or possibly 2 small ones. If going to freeze, do so before baking.
