Ingredients

  • 8 cups Sliced Cucumbers (as thick or thin as you like)
  • 2 cups Sliced Onions
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Celery Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Canning Salt

Directions

  1. Mix together cucumbers and onions.
  2. Bring other mixture to a boil and cool.
  3. Pour over cucumbers and onions.
  4. Stir every once in awhile and they will be ready to eat in 3 days. Keep refrigerated.
  5. You can double this recipe and it will fit in an ice cream bucket (16 cups).
