- 8 cups Sliced Cucumbers (as thick or thin as you like)
- 2 cups Sliced Onions
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Celery Seeds
- 2 tablespoons Canning Salt
- Mix together cucumbers and onions.
- Bring other mixture to a boil and cool.
- Pour over cucumbers and onions.
- Stir every once in awhile and they will be ready to eat in 3 days. Keep refrigerated.
- You can double this recipe and it will fit in an ice cream bucket (16 cups).
