Red, White, And Blue Salad
Ingredients
- 2 pkt Raspberry jello
- 1 c. Half & half
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 pkt Knox gelatin
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 8 ounce Cream cheese
- 1 pkt Black raspberry jello
- 1 can Blueberries
Directions
- First layer: Mix 2 Packages red raspberry jello with 2 c. warm water and 2 c. cool water. Refrigerateand set.
- Second layer: Heat l c. half & half and 1 c. sugar. Mix l pkg.
- Knox gelatin with l c. cool water and 1 tsp vanilla. Pour the two mixtures in a blender with one (8 ounce) pkag. cream cheese. Blend.
- Cold, pour on first layer.
- Third layer: l pkg black raspberry jello and l c. warm water and 1 can undrained blueberries.
