Harissa is spicy condiment from Tunisia. It’s loaded with flavor, but very low in fat and calories, making it a perfect accompaniment to healthful meals.
- 4 Oz Jar Roasted Red Peppers, Rinsed And Drained
- 1 Tsp. Olive Oil, Divided
- 1 Tsp. Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tsp. Ground Cumin
- 1/2 Tsp. Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 Tsp. Hungarian Sweet Paprika
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt
Directions1.Place roasted red peppers, olive oil, vinegar, cumin, sugar, garlic powder and crushed red pepper in blender or food processor; cover.2.Process or blend until a chunky sauce forms.
