Red Hot Spicy Buffalo Wings
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb Chicken wings
- 1/2 c. Red Warm cayenne pepper sauce
- 1/3 c. Melted butter
Directions
- Split wings and throw away tips. Deep fry wings @ 400 degrees for 12 min or possibly till cooked; drain. In bowl, combine Red Warm & butter. Toss wings in sauce to coat. serve with vegetable sticks & dressing.
- For equally crispy wings: Broil or possibly grill wings 30 to 45 min, turning often, till cooked. Then toss in Red Warm & butter.
- Serving Ideas : Serve with Celery & Carrot sticks-Blue Cheese Dressing
