Red hot lamb curry

- 500 gms Lamb
- 2 tbsp Coriander seeds
- 10 Red chillies
- 3 tbsp Onion paste
- 100 gms Curd
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 100 gms Oil or ghee
- 100 gms Chopped Onions
- 2 tsp Garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 10 gms Coriander leaves
Directions
- â¢Make paste of coriander seeds and red chillies.
- â¢Mix the lamb, coriander paste, onion paste, curd, red chillies, turmeric and salt. Leave it aside for 15 minutes.
- â¢Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and fry till they turn light brown.
- â¢Add lamb mixture and cook it until oil gets separated from the mixture.
- â¢Add little water in pan and when it starts boiling, add garlic paste. Simmer the dish until lamb is cooked.
- â¢Add more water if needed. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.
- â¢Rajasthan Laal Maas is ready.
