    It is a all time favorite dish of Jodhpur ,Rajasthan, India. It can be easily prepared at home giving you an opportunity to invite guests at home for a delicious treat. The ingredients are given below and also the method of preparation. Try out today and taste the flavour of Rajasthan.

    Ingredients

    • 500 gms Lamb
    • 2 tbsp Coriander seeds
    • 10 Red chillies
    • 3 tbsp Onion paste
    • 100 gms Curd
    • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 100 gms Oil or ghee
    • 100 gms Chopped Onions
    • 2 tsp Garlic paste
    • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
    • 10 gms Coriander leaves

    Directions

    1. •Make paste of coriander seeds and red chillies.
    2. •Mix the lamb, coriander paste, onion paste, curd, red chillies, turmeric and salt. Leave it aside for 15 minutes.
    3. •Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and fry till they turn light brown.
    4. •Add lamb mixture and cook it until oil gets separated from the mixture.
    5. •Add little water in pan and when it starts boiling, add garlic paste. Simmer the dish until lamb is cooked.
    6. •Add more water if needed. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.
    7. •Rajasthan Laal Maas is ready.
