Red Fish Tinola

- 1kilo Lapu-lapu (sliced 1inch thick)
- 2 medium shallots (sliced)
- 1stalk leeks (sliced)
- 1 finger chili
- 2 pcs lemon grass (tanglad)
- 3 cups water
- 1 small pack tomato sauce
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a pot except leeks and fish.
- Bring it into a boil.
- Let it simmer for 10minutes
- Add fish, and leeks and let it simmer for another 5-6 minutes
- *You can add 'mustasa' if desired
