Raspbery Torte
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup powder sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (17 oz.) raspberry jam
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (3.5 oz.) raspberry gelatin
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
- 1/4 cup raspberry syrup
- 1 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
Directions
- Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar and salt together.
- Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Spread raspberry over crust.
- Filling: Beat cream cheese, gelatin and chocolate chips together. Spread over crust.
- Spread raspberries over the cream cheese layer.
- Topping: Mix cool whip, raspberry syrup and chocolate syrup.
- Spread over raspberry layer.
- Decorate.
