Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cups butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 quart raspberries

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 c melted butter like a piecrust (until crumbly in pea-size bits).
  3. Add 1 egg mixed with 1 cup milk.
  4. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
  5. Pat into a 13x9 greased pan.
  6. Sprinkle berries over crust.
  7. Make streusel topping by combining 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup flour and 1/2 cup butter. Mix until crumbly.
  8. Sprinkle over berries.
  9. Bake for 35 minutes.
