- 1/3 cup beer
- 1 envelope dry Ranch dressing mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2-3 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1-2 chopped scallions
Directions
- Cook the bacon, drain chop.
- Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl, refrigerate overnight.
- Serve in a dip bowl room temp, or shape into a cheeseball.
