Ingredients

  •     Salad
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted (or possibly pecans)
  • 1 sm cabbage, shredded
  • 4 x green onions, sliced
  • 1 pkt Top Ramen chicken-flavored noodles, uncooked and broken up
  • 1/2 c. diced apples (optional)
  • 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken (optional)
  •     Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 pkt chicken flavoring from the Top Ramen noodles

Directions

  1. Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Place all dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well. Pour dressing over salad and toss well. Chill for a couple of hrs before serving.
