Directions
- Take 2 cups of yogurt and add milk.
- Whip the yogurt for 2 minutes for thick and smooth consistency.
- In a small pan, drizzle few drops of oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and ginger julienne.
- Give it a quick stir for 30 seconds and pour this on yogurt.
- Finally mix some roasted peanuts, (can slightly crush) salt, cumin powder and fresh coriander.
- A superquick recipe with superlative flavor !!!!!
