Ingredients

  • Roasted Peanuts : 1 cup
  • Yogurt : 2 cups
  • Milk: 1/3 cup
  • Salt : 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds: 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves: 4-5
  • Ginger julliens: 1tsp

Directions

  1. Take 2 cups of yogurt and add milk.
  2. Whip the yogurt for 2 minutes for thick and smooth consistency.
  3. In a small pan, drizzle few drops of oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and ginger julienne.
  4. Give it a quick stir for 30 seconds and pour this on yogurt.
  5. Finally mix some roasted peanuts, (can slightly crush) salt, cumin powder and fresh coriander.
  6. A superquick recipe with superlative flavor !!!!!
