Ingredients
1/4 cup egg beaters
1/4 cup melted butter
8.5 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
15 oz can creamed corn
8.5 oz package jiffy corn muffin mix
8 oz container plain lowfat yogurt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray baking dish with Pam.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and transfer mixture to baking dish.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes until firm.
